Bob has been a physical therapist and athletic trainer for over 30 years. He began his career as an athletic trainer in the New York Yankees minor league system. Bob was responsible for the health care of 30-40 baseball players. He then moved on to one of the busiest orthopedic practices in Southwest Florida at Kagan Orthopedic Center in Ft. Myers, Fl. He was the athletic trainer for Bishop Verot HS. Bob then went on to Chicago Medical School now Rosalind Franklin University for a degree in Physical Therapy. He has been in the Bergen county area for over 20 years. He served as physical therapist at Orthopedic Spine and Sports Medicine in Paramus until April of 2020 when the practice closed. He is currently the owner and physical therapist at Performance Enhancement Concepts, LLC (PEC). PEC was established in 2000 in Norwood NJ and added an office in Ramsey, NJ 5 years ago.
Bob has been a high school and college basketball coach and official. He started an AAU basketball program in Ft. Myers, that included 5 age group teams. He was at Ocala Vangard HS in Ocala FL as an assistant basketball coach. He coached for Florida Hall of Fame coach Jim Haley and NBA first round draft pick Travis Mays. Bob was also the athletic trainer for the 1995 Olympic Festival. He has been involved in the West Milford, NJ little league and Ridgewood Soccer Association, Ridgewood, NJ.
